After the presidential election, SBU will fight terrorism and cyber terrorism, international piracy and cut on its investigatory functions. “Our immediate priorities also include the Jan. 17 presidential election and prevention of electoral fraud,” SBU Director Valentyn Nalyvajchenko said Dec. 30, Interfax reports. SBU won’t be engaged any longer in fighting xenophobia and street disorders. This is the business for the interior ministry, Nalyvajchenko stressed. Economic crimes should not be a key focus for SBU either, the chief spy said. <BR>&nbsp;“We are sending a strong message to business and public: SBU should not be involved in investigating economic crimes.
