Svoboda NGO wants prosecutors to investigate legality of awarding honorary citizen status to Moscow Mayor Luzhkov

Svoboda demands that compliance of awarding the status to Luzhkov with the Ukrainian legislation be checked.
If Siverskodonetsk authorities decision is illegal, the honorary citizen badge must be taken away from the Moscow mayor, Svoboda says.
Condemning the award, Svoboda reminds to Siverskodonetsk lawmakers and Mayor Hrytsyshyn that Luzhkov is a persona non grata in Ukraine due to his anti-Ukrainian declarations and actions.
