The provisions of the BYT-PR law that were rendered illegal by the Constitutional Court will not be valid, he went on.

• • I agree fully. The law that is in place is workable and legal. The five provisions that then CCU ruled invalid are not significant and will not effect the outcome of the election. Unlike in 2004 the results of the 2010 election will not be close.
    There are only two canidates that can win the election Yanukovych and Tymoshenko. all other candidates will be out of contention.
