Pysarchuk commented on accusations of weakness and indecisiveness leveled against Pres Yushchenko. “He is accused of being soft-hearted, while he should have been tough after his election in 2005. Let’s be frank – who stopped Lviv officials – such ardent supporters of the Orangists – from taking bribes, respecting Ukrainians, working hard and committing sins against which the people on the Maidan spoke up? No matter who is chosen to serve as our next president, there won’t be any good in Ukraine unless our political shepherds are transformed,” Petro Pysarchuk explained.

Its early days but the best option would be to form an alliance with bloc Yulia Tymoshenko. They say politics is the art of compromise. Once the election is over and Yushchenko is out of office hopefully Ukraine's best interest will prevail.
