“The cabinet ordered $200 mn worth of goods from state reserves to be sold at below the market prices, allegedly as an anti-inflationary measure. The goods include rare metals and gasoline. The cabinet will then order the reserves replenished, at higher prices, of course. The difference comes to $80 million,” M. Polyanych charged.

It’s exactly for this reason that the country needs a strong president – to counter such secret resolutions by the cabinet, Polyanych concluded.
