The proposed highway must be built using modern materials which have to be imported. It will be a toll road, and will be used by tourists from Europe.

S. Lukashyk also said a new construction materials sector is in the making in the oblast. This sector traditionally relies on Austrian-Ukrainian technologies. It is important to implement energy-saving technologies for the production of a wide range of construction materials, from tiles to facing materials.
