Zinkevych is described as an ace tax inspector with an extensive experience ion the field. His career covers tax positions in rayons Stary Sambir, Turka, and Sambir. He also was head of Ternopil oblast STA and head of customs and tax bodies department at the finance ministry.

Zinkevych past record was highly praised by the chief policeman of the Lviv oblast, Gen. Vasyl Pisnyj.

Meanwhile, former STA head in the Lviv oblast Vitaly Khyliuk was dismissed for failing to meet VAT collection targets, deputy head of the STA of Ukraine Nataliya Ruban says, the ZIK correspondent reports.

The newly appointed STA head Kostyantyn Zinkevych said he will introduce reforms in the tax policy. He warned that those tax inspectors who failed to meet tax-collection targets will be dismissed.

Important, Zinkevych said that the policy of his agency will be based on the respect toward businesses.
