By contrast, state administration oblast officials have received their salaries as their funding comes from the national budget approved late December 2007.

The delay in payments of salaries to officials has nothing to do with massive compensation payments to former Oshchadbank clients who lost their savings back in 1991, Lviv city council press secretary Vasyl Tereshchuk told ZIK.
